The four-day event is a collaboration between the municipal Department of Foreign Affairs and the Japanese Consulate General in Da Nang. In his opening speech, Vice Chairman Ho Ky Minh of the municipal People’s Committee highlighted the ongoing development of cooperation between Da Nang and Japanese localities, which has become a prominent aspect of the extensive strategic partnership between the two countries. Da Nang has established friendly and cooperative relations with four cities in Japan – Kawasaki, Sakai, Yokohama, and Kisarazu – as part of its cooperation with 20 Japanese localities.
