In 2020, photographer Nguyen Hai and his team embarked on a second expedition to explore Hang Tien Cave. Starting from Tan Hoa Commune, they rode their motorbikes towards Cao Quang commune in Quang Binh. Upon reaching the hill, Hai had to trek through forests, mountains, and streams to reach the meadow. After hours of walking on the rocky path, the photographer arrived at the Hang Tien camping site, situated beside a cool, emerald stream. According to the latest announcement by THE, Vietnam has six higher education institutions in the world university rankings for 2024. The six are Duy Tan University in Da Nang, Ton Duc Thang University in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Vietnam National University in Hanoi, Vietnam National University in HCMC, and Hue University. The climate financing comprises 7-year tenor financings, including a US$20 million loan funded by ADB, parallel loans of US$87 million facilitated by ADB as mandated lead arranger, and concessional financing of up to US$28 million, reported the VGP. The climate financing is certified by the Climate Bonds Initiative, a scientifically-based standard for labelling bonds, loans and other debt instruments which contribute to addressing climate change. o far, ADB has partially offset the project’s risks by utilizing concessional financing through its managed trust funds comprising loans from the Australian Climate Finance Partners
